CO₂ Compliance

Measure, compare and reduce the carbon footprint of your sourcing – directly inside your procurement platform

about
CO₂ IN PRACTICE

We help manufacturers and distributors understand the CO₂ footprint behind every ton of ingredients, materials and packaging they buy or sell.

Our platform connects product data (PIM), procurement workflows, logistics and documentation into one CO₂ layer so you can see emissions per product, per supplier, per delivery and per period, and take smarter sourcing decisions.

Instead of generic sustainability slogans, we focus on hard data in your real supply chain. For each ingredient or material, we attach CO₂ information, track it through RFQs, orders and shipments, and turn it into clear dashboards for your procurement, technology and ESG teams.

  • Product-level CO₂ factors for ingredients, additives, chemicals and packaging
  • Verified supplier data where available (LCA, EPD, ISO reports)
  • Default CO₂ factors by category & region when suppliers don’t have their own numbers
  • Transport CO₂ for every shipment (tons × km × vehicle type)
  • Dashboards & reports by plant, category, supplier, product and period

End to end CO₂ coverage across categories

We calculate CO₂ across the whole sourcing flow in one continuous loop: each SKU in the PIM has its own CO₂ factor (kg CO₂e/kg), with a clear source (supplier data, LCA/EPD, database or estimate) and documentation, or a default factor by category and region when suppliers don’t have their own numbers; when you create an RFQ the platform automatically pulls these factors so every offer shows price per ton, CO₂ per ton (product plus optionally estimated transport) and total CO₂ for the requested quantity, allowing you to compare not just price and lead time but also emissions; once an offer is accepted, the order and all related shipments become part of your CO₂ history, with product CO₂ calculated from delivered quantities and transport CO₂ from real routes, distances and vehicle types, all linked back to the same order, supplier and plant; finally, the platform aggregates these emissions by plant, category, supplier, product and period, so you can filter by time range and export ready to use data into your ESG systems, auditors and banks.
